J&C Associates Ltd Hiring for APAC Talent Coordinator Job at Sydney Full Time

Duties:

• Support 2-3 talent partners across the APAC region
• Maintain a positive, high touch candidate experience while engaging with candidates and new hires
• Adhere to our internal global recruitment methodology
• Partner closely with talent partners and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process
• Manage and co-ordinate complex candidate interviews in a timely and accurate manner
• Initiate and monitor pre-employment checks for external candidates and ensure the checks are successfully adjudicated prior to a candidate’s start date
• Partner closely with talent partner and/or legal to create and distribute employment contracts/documents
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires into the business
• Audit offer and post-offer information to ensure data accuracy for a smooth new hire integration process
• Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance processes and procedures
• Prepare reports on a weekly/monthly basis

Skills:

• Strong administration experience with a focus on customer experience
• Eager and willing to learn
• Understanding of compliance and governance
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at various levels
• Exceptional attention to detail and relationship building skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (inc Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Adept and disciplined in using complex systems and technologies
