Great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a financial services company based in Sydney’s CBD. Working closely with HR and Talent team to offer best support during this very busy time.

Key responsibilities:

• Rewriting of advertisements for posting on seek, linkedin and website
• Screening and managing the high volume of candidate applications
• Ensuring best candidate experience from Initial phone screen to setting up interview with internal stakeholders to offer
• Working closely with on-site Talent Acquistion specialists to ensure matching to job brief
• Ensuring all background assessments have been completed and tracked on system
• Adhoc Administrative reports as required

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrable experience within environments that have a high volume workload
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
