Zillow is hiring a Recruiting Manager to join the Sales, Revenue, and Operations recruiting team. You will join the team that is at the center of Zillow’s effort to transform the future of home buying. Inspire, grow and cultivate a team of recruiting professionals to deliver against business hiring needs while meeting quality expectations
Partner with Sr. Recruiting leaders to help build, drive and manage scalable recruitment strategies for our revenue generating businesses
Have the opportunity to be hands-on and lead by example – jumping into searches, maximizing your knowledge and expertise with various resources to find and engage the best talent for Zillow
Establish and maintain positive relationships with senior business leaders, shared service partners and cross-functional organizations
Use your creative, innovative and sometimes ground-breaking ideas to help problem solve around opportunities for us to continue to drive talent strategies
Drive adoption, optimization and utilization of all platforms and tools
Use data to analyze and optimize processes and pipelines
Engage and build internal and external relationships (and brand awareness opportunities).
Communicate hiring and sourcing strategy with key partners & broader recruiting team – providing regular updates on progress
Develop & leverage strategic programs
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $93,900.00 – $150,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
5+ years’ experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in a sophisticated, high-volume and complex environment

Enjoyment of constant change and pivoting in order to support a growing business
A combination of agency, corporate or consulting experience is helpful
Extensive knowledge and experience with the entire recruitment lifecycle working with a variety of roles from high volume to executive
A natural leader who regularly coaches and mentors both peers, team members and clients, providing thoughtful guidance to the recruiting strategy and a collaborative spirit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confirmed ability to take initiative and build strong, positive relationships at all levels
Creative in approach to the ever-changing needs of the team, the process and the business.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends
Experience managing recruiting teams of 5+ reports
Volume recruiting experience
Experience running sales recruiting teams
Experience building and scaling recruitment teams
