About the team or project:
The Student Experience Team is a thriving and expanding team with a passion for supporting students. We help to promote and engage students with Faculty and department activities and events as well as sharing important information through newsletters, blogs and news bulletins. We are closely involved with support student engagement through identifying students at risk of academic failure and contacting them to signpost to support where needed. We also help to encourage and support student feedback and work closely within academic departments and with the Student Union to ensure the Student Voice is represented and disseminated effectively.
About the role:
The role is required to support and enhance the student experience and, working within the Student Services structure, provide excellence in student experience support. The role is within a central Student Experience Team, and reporting to the Student Experience Manager and working closely with colleagues across both Academic Services and Faculties, but individual post holders will be Faculty or Department based. The post holder will ensure that the support for the experience of students within the Faculty remains a priority, ensuring that current measures to raise student satisfaction are supported by the relevant Student Services and integrated support structures.
