We are looking for an organizational development trainee who is eager to expand their knowledge of Human Resources in a fast paced, diverse environment. Our OD Trainee program here at HM.CLAUSE is the perfect opportunity to work with HR professionals and to develop new skills within the industry. The Trainee will gain real world experience in talent acquisition (full cycle recruitment), employee development, and project management in an international setting.

What You Will Do

Contribute to the design and execution of a wide range of projects, mostly related to the development of current employees and recruitment for open roles. You will also assist on various projects and gain hands-on experience in multiple facets of HR:

• Support the full cycle recruitment process for the US: from the requisition process (including the creation, posting, maintenance, and hiring of vacancies) to screening applications, sourcing qualified candidates, supporting the interview process, and partnering with the respective hiring manager and HRBP in handling the candidate offer.
• Contribute to the execution of our employer brand strategy through building and improvement of our presence on key job boards, sites and media.
• Act as an ambassador of our company culture and values at talent at career fairs, community and university events.
• Facilitate the Onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate and plan activities related to our Employee Engagement strategy (from satisfaction surveys to organizing corporate activities designed to recognize employees and foster employee satisfaction and engagement).
• Support and coordinate logistics for events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Business or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in e-learning tools a plus (ex: Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
• Effective communicator both orally and in written.
• Prior experience planning events, projects or programs
• Fluency in Spanish
