Alaant Workforce Solutions is hiring a full time, direct placement Human Resource Compensation Analyst for a hospital located in Glens Falls, NY! Their mission is to improve the health of the people in their region by providing access to affordable and patient-centered care. We are searching for an individual with effective communication and organizational skills that has a team player mentality!

Hours and Benefits for the HR Compensation Analyst:

· Monday—Friday, 40 hours per week with Flexible hours

· 100% On site

· Benefits package included

· PTO

· 403(b) with a 4% match

· Salary: $65-75k+ (varies based on experience)

Responsibilities for the HR Compensation Analyst:

· Manage the staff and provider compensation function for the organization

o Provide advice on any decisions, policies, and guidelines

· Assist in planning, developing, and coordinate the implementation of new or revised compensation programs

o Monitor the effectiveness of new policies

· Collect data by conducting studies and performing research which are then analyzed to track trends and developments in HR or other departments

· Develop and deliver reports to meet client/customer requests

· Ensure compliance with rules and regulations regarding the sharing of data

Requirements for the HR Compensation Analyst:

· 2+ years of HR experience preferred

· Background/experience working within a medical center or hospital

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Data Entry

· Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
