Broad responsibilities spanning Account Reconciliation, Service Warranty Reporting, WIP and Progress Billing Clearing Account Maintenance

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Various clearing accounts Reconciliations
  • Job costing clearing account transfer
  • Run weekly turnovers and investigations
  • Job WIP and Progress billing clearing account Maintenance
  • Prepare Service and Warranty Report
  • Corporate – Assist with Audit Requirements
  • Ad hoc Projects
  • Innovation – Contribute ideas that improves the efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, sales or profitability of the business

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualified in Finance
  • Currently studying towards CPA or CA would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant role within a fast paced environment
  • Working knowledge of accounting/finance processes and details
  • Advanced level of MS Excel and Reporting experience within a commercial background
  • Ability to work autonomously with a positive and innovative approach to all tasks undertaken

This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
