We’re on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a flair for customer service and a can-do attitude to join our busy team in our St Leonards office.

This position would suit someone who has some experience in recruitment and eager to take on a new challenge. You will become an integral part of our busy, friendly and customer-focused team that is committed to your well-being, growth, and development.

The Role Specifics:

• Talent sourcing of prospective candidates
• Creating talent pipelines
• Market mapping
• Prospecting relevant candidates
• Shortlisting and screening of potential candidates
• Conducting pre-employment / reference checks
• Pre-planning candidates for future positions/projects
• Managing database data entry

Who you are:

• Previous recruitment experience (6+ months preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrated ability in delivering candidates via different mediums
• Passionate about recruitment and takes pride in attaining outcomes and working with KPIs
• Strong verbal and written communication and computer literacy skills
• Retains and upholds confidentiality and an ethical mindset
• Creates genuine and positive professional relationships
• Comfortable with receiving direction and feedback
