We are a specialist provider of unique accommodation, attendant care and in-home services to individuals with acquired brain injuries, disabilities, and complex conditions. The role

As the HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Development and delivery of HR projects that align with business needs
• Support the development of HR strategies, focusing on continuous improvement in line with retention and development plans
• Plan and lead key processes with the business that form part of the HR lifecycle such as recruitment, employee onboarding and off boarding, remuneration and benefits reviews, performance management reviews and talent management
• Provide advice, coaching and support on a broad range of HR issues and practices

About you

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

• Relevant HR tertiary qualification or experience in a HR Advisory role
• Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and advice
• Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within the community services industry would be highly regarded
