Overview
As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely across our Talent Acquisition function to deliver the full life-cycle of talent acquisition activities including sourcing, engaging, selecting and hiring successful candidates. The focus is to partner with hiring managers to scope hiring needs and execute hiring strategy. The Recruitment Partner will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and development of relationships with Business Partners and candidates.

– Provide exceptional client and candidate experiences recruiting across the UK key strategic locations include London, Kent, Surrey, the Midlands and North of England
– Consult with managers to identify / scope recruitment needs
– Develop / implement effective sourcing strategies
– Establish yourself as a trusted partner to hiring teams, ensuring adherence to Pinsegate policies, processes and procedures
– Proactively generate candidates and ensure a smooth and seamless candidate journey
– Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
– Educate and influence hiring managers on candidates’ skill sets, recruiting process, strategy, and market conditions
– Identify opportunities to create hiring efficiencies and partner closely with your hiring teams to execute
– Maintain accurate and organised documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
– Engage with external vendors, diversity partners, and immigration vendors where appropriate
You Need To Have
– Experience in full lifecycle recruitment ideally gained within a matrix environment
– Experience working in small or mid-size companies accustomed to operating within complex matrix structured businesses and high growth
– Ability to handle multiple requisitions and competing priorities at a time
– Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability act in an advisory capacity to the business function and be the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition
– Experience using behavioural / competency-based interviewing assessment methodology
– Demonstrates solid judgment
– Motivated, self-directed, independent individual who can work collaboratively in a team environment
– Perseverance and tenacity to drive projects to completion
– Experience in researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
– Microsoft Office proficient and extensive experience with applicant tracking systems
– Contribute to further growth of the surveying services / team
– Must be capable of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
– Minimum 3-4 years’ experience
