SUMMARY:
Our Client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TA Coordinator) who can work well as part of a team and work well independently.
As a Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team you are responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews with applicants and hiring team members and building strong relationships with our candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams. We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering and improving our best in class customer service to both internal and external clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including scheduling phone interviews, onsite interviews, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Execute scheduling requests accurately within SLAs.
- Communicate in a professional and respectful manner with candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality.
- Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers, recruiting team and candidates.
- Contribute to various recruiting projects as needed.
- Help to maintain the data integrity of your candidates in the applicant tracking system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2+ years ‘related work experience working in a fast-paced environment providing outstanding customer service to applicants and management
- Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You must be a self-directed, problem solver with a desire to contribute
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Suite; specifically Outlook, and Word.
- Knowledge of various ATS (applicant tracking systems) and the ability to maintain data integrity is highly preferred
- The ability to maintain confidential information
- Must have completion of a High School Diploma.
