The Recruitment Administrator (RA) will be responsible for supporting the overall recruitment and delivery of all designated positions for A & O IT Group. The RA must be proficient in supporting multiple stakeholders and providing quick responses and timely follow up to their needs and inquiries. The RA must be a quick learner and have the natural ability to think creatively in a fast-moving environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Support the Talent Acquisition Team to achieve resourcing of staff through the recruitment lifecycle, including:
Posting Adverts / coordinating with recruitment partners
Reviewing applications from adverts and recruitment partners
Screening of candidates for suitability including German (and preferably French) language skills
Preparing documents such as CVs for submission in A&O format
Scheduling and Coordinating interviews
Keeping relevant parties informed and following up for information
Maintaining records and data / statistics
Comply with the Companys recruitment and employment policies ensuring accurate completion of recruitment and onboarding activities.
Input and maintenance of all key talent, contact, opportunity, activity, notes and forecast information on appropriate HR system
Develop effective interdepartmental working relationships to support achievement of key responsibilities.
Use recruitment tools such as PI testing, online technical assessments effectively for maximum job matching.
Aim to follow Best in Class recruitment process and externally benchmark recruitment activities e.g., Good Recruitment Charter
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Good level of English and German (and preferably French) language skills
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills including oral and written.
Ability to build strong and long-term relationships both internally and externally.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work in a team and unsupervised.
Organized, able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Action orientated and a self-starter.
Good software knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
