This is a fantastic 6 month fixed term opportunity to join the Shell Energy, Human Resources team in a time of unprecedented growth. The HR & Talent Acquisition Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the human resources and talent acquisition function.

This position will be responsible for the following but not limited to: Database administration and reporting, booking candidate interviews and calendar management, conducting reference checks, generating letters of offer, hosting inductions and onboarding new employees.

About you:

• Experience in a similar role supporting a Human Resources team or equivalent in a busy, deadline driven environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders across the business;
• High level of written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent attention to detail skills;
• Ability to work independently with a can do approach;
• Intermediate user experience in all standard Microsoft applications; and
• HRIS user experience, ideally in iChris.
