Jack Van Klaveren Ltd. ( JVK) Hiring for Western Sales/Customer Service Representative – Remote at British Columbia Full Time

JVK is a national leader in providing supplies and young plants to the Canadian growers. This position provide support to sales staff and their customers which include key accounts. Responsibilities include sharing product knowledge, order entry, order confirmation, order changes and pricing information in a reliable and timely manner. Duties also include Order tracking and investigative work with necessary follow-up to customer. Staff must establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with all customers, Sales Reps, and colleagues .

A variety of customer service related tasks will be assigned as needed.

Job Requirements: Must be detail oriented with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. , Applicants must be analytical in order to provide proactive support and troubleshoot. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as well as the ability to work with large volumes of electronic information (i.e. emails, spreadsheets, etc.).

Required Experience 1-2 years of customer service, marketing or sales experience highly preferred. Experience with ERP systems desirable; PC knowledge to include strong proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook. The ability to work well independently and in a team is essential as well as the ability to understand complex business processes, roles, responsibilities and dependencies within the business process.
