About the role

Publicis Groupe is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is expanding its team across all brands in Australia and New Zealand. To do this we need to add capacity to our high performing talent acquisition team. We are looking to do this by engaging one or more casual contractors who will focus on candidate sourcing. We are very open to remote workers, flexible hours and candidates who are seeking full or part-time opportunities. However, the frequency of work and duration of the contract will depend on open role volume.

As a Resourcer, you will support the wider talent acquisition team. You will use LinkedIn recruiter and other tools to strategically source potential candidates, engage them in our open roles and schedule interviews with our talent acquisition execs, managers and leads. You will help build pipelines of talent for our highest volume open roles in the areas of performance media or digital/tech.

Key responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter for high priority open roles
• Search our database for candidates that meet the screening criteria for open roles
• Explore creative talent sourcing techniques as directed by the talent acquisition team leads.
• Engage candidates in open role opportunities through multiple communication channels e.g. LinkedIn, SMS, socials etc.
• Screen and short-list candidates for open roles in our ATS
• Book candidate interviews with relevant members of the talent acquisition team
• Help build our candidate database and talent pipelines for key roles/markets.
• Work effectively with our recruiting tools and processes.

Experience

• Experience as a Recruiter (admin, exec or manager level), Talent Resourcer or Resourcing Specialist (agency or internal recruitment team).
• Experience executing talent attraction strategies and using multiple tools to successfully engage candidates
• Ideally media/communications or digital/tech industry experience.
