Boston Consulting Group Hiring for IT HR Lead Business Analyst – Recruiting at Atlanta, Georgia Full Time

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will work with BCG’s global recruiting eco-system supporting all phases of the recruiting process. You will be a member of a recruiting squad in the HR Tribe and be responsible for:
• Leading configuration and development of recruiting SaaS tools from candidate sourcing to on-boarding
• Understand the integration points across tools to enable better candidate and recruiter experience
• Bring in innovation to deliver better user experience and automation of process steps
• Lead efforts to implement, enhance and monitor the health of global recruiting applications, including but not limited to Avature and/or BrassRing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and integrated point solutions. This role will have key responsibilities in continuous improvements, including data analysis, development, testing and technical support of BCG’s global recruiting applications.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Key technical skills, functional skills and qualifications that are required to be successful in the role.
• Total 5+ years’ relevant experience, including a proven track record in influencing large cross-functional teams and solving complex problems for business functions with significant business impact
• Proven track record of leading through influence, building long-term relationships and confidence building vision, roadmaps, priorities and objectives
• Good understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects
• Deep knowledge of their area of expertise, being referents among colleagues and with ability to go one step further
• Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within rapidly changing Environment
• Creating clear and comprehensive specifications/user stories to support releases of new/enhancement functionality of cloud applications
• You enjoy working in fast-paced, intellectually intense and value delivery focused global environment.
• Experience with recruiting assessment tools and/or CRM tools is desired
• Experience integrating commercial recruiting applications, particularly Avature or BrassRing, is a plus
