We are now recruiting for an Analyst – Global Marketing Finance to join our global Commercial Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Global Allocations and Brands Finance, you will business partner with our passionate Global marketing team to support the commercial performance of core brands, the launch of innovative products and the ongoing marketing investment decisions across the business.

You can be based in our Melbourne offices, with flexibility to work from home.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the delivery of Global Brand led projects with accurate management reporting through strong collaboration with the global marketing team and commercial regions
• Ongoing financial management of Global Brand marketing initiatives, including management of Advertising & Promotions spend and tracking of risks & opportunities
• Facilitate the global rollup of New Product Development performance and support the Global Brands team in financial preparation for monthly meetings
• Support Corporate FP&A team to manage compliance with key reporting deadlines and delivery of Global Brand inputs into annual planning process
• Ad hoc financial modelling and reporting to support commercial performance on Global brands

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working in an Analyst role, ideally working in FMCG, retail, and/or within the liquor industry
• Demonstrated experience in providing financial and commercial analysis
• Experience partnering and influencing non-financial stakeholders
• A passion for continuous process improvement
• Strong financial experience with impeccable problem-solving skills
• Tertiary and professional qualifications in finance and/or accounting
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and a passion for innovative brands and wine!
