We’re seeking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team and manage our full-cycle recruiting process.
This position is a fully remote role with occasional travel required.
Recruiting applicants through various channels, arranging interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in professional events are all part of the Talent Acquisition tasks. You must be able to build long-term recruiting tactics and cultivate trusted connections with potential candidates to be successful in this position.
Responsibilities:
· Work with hiring managers to determine personnel requirements.
· Determine the criterion for selection.
· Online channels can be used to find suitable applicants (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
· Plan interview and selection procedures, such as phone screenings, evaluations, and face-to-face interviews.
· Using our Applicant Tracking System, evaluate candidate information such as resumes and contact information.
· Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each role.
· Initiate workplace branding campaigns.
· Organise job fairs and recruitment activities and attend them.
· Forecast employment needs by department on a quarterly and annual basis.
· Maintain long-term ties with past and potential applicants.
Skills/ Experience:
· Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar position is required. Ideally having worked in clinical recruitment
· Social media, résumé databases, and professional networks are all things you should be familiar with.
· Full-cycle recruiting experience with a variety of interview tactics and evaluation methods
· Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
· A thorough awareness of the distinctions between various organisational functions
