Due to the success at Synergist Express Ltd we are currently expanding our QA team by creating an opportunity for an experienced Test Analyst based in Stockport, Manchester.

The Role

We are looking for a responsible individual who always seeks to progress their knowledge within testing and the software they are working with. You will be working closely with the development manager and the developers while taking part in all aspects of testing throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, performance and regression testing for software releases
• Gain in depth knowledge of the application and the function within the business environment
• Test planning, test scripting and test execution
• Identifying/raising/validating defects
• Write supporting documentation for new stories used in release notes
• Attend daily stand-ups

Skills Required

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with website/software testing
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
• Methodical and meticulous
• Excellent written and spoken English

Beneficial:

• Educated to a degree level
