Role and Responsibilities

Financial Transaction Recording

• Administrative/ transactional accounting support work such as ledger maintenance and data entry
• Ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards: general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions, etc.

Control/Reconciliation of Accounts and Records

• Balance sheet
• P&L
• Bank accounts
• etc.

Accounting Reports/ Schedules Preparation

• For internal audiences (management reporting)
• For external audiences (compliance reporting)
• Including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.

Other Tasks Assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
• CPA, CTP, FP&A Certification preferred

• CTP, FP&A Certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
