• Forecast inventory for 30-60 Days out
• Follow up with “Parts Pending” status as parts are received for scheduling.
• Order parts for special orders.
• Process customer financing.
• Assist managers with written correspondence to vendors & customers as needed.
• Maintain Co-op programs offered to the company
• Calculate sales commissions
• Conduct job costing on each job with Servicetitan software
• Provide the financial information requested by other internal areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour
