Blayze Group are excited to be partnering a sector leading FTSE 100 Homebuilder to deliver a talented and ambitious ACA qualified accountant, to their specialist finance team to work in delivering the largest housing project in the UK.
Key aspects of this role include: contribution to financial strategy by understanding the planning constraints and the impact those have on the site opportunities and financials; accurate, timely and continuous forecasting; tight financial control; precise financial reporting to facilitate robust commercial decisions. This role is fundamentally more about risk management than financial accounting.
The ideal candidate will be a Russell Group university graduate, ACA qualified, with expertise in the Real Estate industry and a track record of delivering high quality inputs into large, successful financial projects.
