This role forms a critical part of the Workforce Planning Team. The team is responsible for the provision, coordination and training of clinical staff to meet the demands of the business. The team forms part of the Operations Support function within International SOS and works closely with the Operations Delivery Team to ensure that International SOS has access to the very best clinical professionals and delivers projects in a timely manner.

The Resourcing Advisor is responsible for ensuring that the business maintains knowledge and contact with a pool of skilled clinicians who can be utilised in a variety of roles and environments. The resourcing Advisor will work closely with the HR department to identify skilled clinicians and onboard them to the discipline specific talent pools.

As part of the Workforce Planning Team the Resourcing Advisor will build and maintain talent pools of discipline specific clinicians. These disciplines include Occupational Health (OH) Physicians, OH Nurses, OH Technicians and Offshore Medics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify skilled and qualified candidates for critical business roles in clinical delivery lines – Medics, Nurses, Doctors, Technicians
• Proactively build and develop pools of candidates with necessary skills and qualification to fill business critical roles. This involves maintaining regular contact, accurate availability information and ensuring a record of all certifications, qualifications and accreditation.
• Maintaining records of training, certification, qualification, accreditation, Right to Work and Project ready CVs.
• Work closely with other stakeholders to support Planning of rotas and assignments.
• Proactively schedule and deliver inductions to personnel within talent pools ensuring inductions are fit for purpose and continually improved.
• Work closely with other business stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding of new starts e.g., finance, HR, IT.
• Support the training administrator to facilitate training requirements and skills compliance.
