International SOS’s global centre of excellence for offshore and occupational health is headquartered in Aberdeen. Led by a team of industry-experienced clinicians, we have substantial expertise in mitigating offshore and occupational health risks as well leading on the health component of any offshore health event or emergency. Today we support over 140 offshore sites in UKCS, 60 of which are O&G producing assets.
This role forms a critical part of the Workforce Planning Team. The team is responsible for the provision, coordination and training of clinical staff to meet the demands of the business. The team forms part of the Operations Support function within International SOS and works closely with the Operations Delivery Team to ensure that International SOS has access to the very best clinical professionals and delivers projects in a timely manner.
The Resourcing Advisor is responsible for ensuring that the business maintains knowledge and contact with a pool of skilled clinicians who can be utilised in a variety of roles and environments. The resourcing Advisor will work closely with the HR department to identify skilled clinicians and onboard them to the discipline specific talent pools.
As part of the Workforce Planning Team the Resourcing Advisor will build and maintain talent pools of discipline specific clinicians. These disciplines include Occupational Health (OH) Physicians, OH Nurses, OH Technicians and Offshore Medics.
