MicroChannel Hiring for Service Delivery Manager – D365 Finance & Operations Job at Sydney Full Time

Position Overview
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for overseeing the management and performance of our Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations practice to deliver success through coaching, accountability and caring. The SDM will be accountable for leading a team of experienced D365 F&O consultants and developers to drive successful project execution and excellence.

Objectives of this position:

• Foster culture of excellent project delivery and team performance
• Promote high customer satisfaction and customer advocacy
• Manage successful delivery of D365 F&O implementations
• Support the sales team with new business activities
• Plan and forecast services revenue and resourcing requirements

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership for the team and guide/mentor consultants with their project implementations and management of customers
• Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders in order to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Achieve business and operational excellence for the team through use of best practices and tools
• Build and maintain solid relations with the team to establish, develop and monitor personal training & development objectives
• Work closely with the project management and support the bridging of gaps in resources
• Plan the pipeline of projects and respond to changing priorities.
• Review and approve all time sheets
• Collaborate with the sales team to secure new projects
• Participate in sales-to-delivery handoff and project kick-offs
• Manage areas of fiscal responsibility, staying within budgets and achieving targets

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Good knowledge and understanding of D365 Finance & Operations
• 5+ years people management experience
• 10+ years background in ERP
• Consulting and project management skills
• Degree in Technology, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Planning, organizing, executing and setting goals/expectations
• High level customer service and relationship skills
