Honor Professional Management, Inc. dba Honor Construction is a Grand Rapids construction management firm. Honor is a veteran owned business working within the lower peninsula of Michigan.

Construction is unique in its accounting methods and a person with experience in the industry is of benefit but not required. We can train someone with aptitude in this area.

This person will be responsible for the accounting and its processes.

• ·All aspects of the billing and collection process:
• Prepare all necessary billing packages for monthly construction draws on forms which include:
• Waiver preparation and tracking

• Other as needed
• Use QuickBooks to keep the accounts of Honor.
• Maintain a general ledger
• Reconcile all accounts
• Enter all QuickBooks transactions:
• Accounts receivable transaction
• Accounts payable transactions
• Enter company general journal entries
• Note – Payroll is outsourced
• Develop new integrations in order to enhance processes.

• Honor accounting administration uses a remote desktop service to provide work at home opportunities (https://filemanager.rightnetworks.com/) .

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
