DC Courrier Hiring for Customer Service at Dollard, QC Full Time
Looking for a bilingual customer service representative with a minimum 2 years of experience in the transport industry.
Duties:
– Maintaining customer relations
– Negotiating rates with shippers and carriers
– Tracking shipments and making appointments
– Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries
– Prepare and check required shipping documentation
– Minor Accounting Functions and data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
