Customer Service Representative 2
Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta
Job Overview and Responsibilities:
Responsible for operational support of Field Services operations. Work closely with Management and the Customer Experience team to maintain and grow Bureau Veritas’ market share with all clients through exceptional customer support.
Primary responsibilities include the following (but are not limited to):
Facilitate communication between Clients, Field Supervisor, Field Staff and Customer Service Team
Prepare weekly scorecard and utilization report for management
Track and complete SPOT safety checks
Prepare Chain of Custodies (CoCs) for field services staff
Prepare and maintain field sample schedules
Track samples lists and identify outstanding, missing or incomplete sample lists
Maintain correct level of sample supplies
Maintain correct level of office supplies
File and organize all field related paperwork
Train new hires on job requirements
Prepare daily outgoing shipments and associated documentation
Respond to all client communications (telephone or email) and redirect communications to appropriate Bureau Veritas contact as required
Perform general reception duties – greet visitors and clients, answer calls and forward to appropriate contact
Perform sample reception duties for incoming client samples
Communicate with the Customer Service Team to assist in job reporting
Provide excellent customer service by always presenting a professional attitude and representing Bureau Veritas in a positive way
Ensure all client requests and expectations are met, including ensuring appropriate technical support and expertise is provided in a timely manner
Provide client feedback to the Bureau Veritas management
Is there a mutual fit? You ideally have:
Minimum high school diploma; two year diploma in a related field (science or administrative) considered an asset
3-5 years related work experience in an administrative capacity
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Attentiveness to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and frequent interruptions;
Effective time management, decision making, excellent listening, problem-solving, planning, organizing and communication skills
Good time-management and priority setting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented and focused
You possess an energetic and keen personality with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking, prioritizing and adapting to change is required;
You are ethical, dynamic, motivated and results oriented;
Represents the Bureau Veritas values and is professional at all times
