Organize and coordinate Education Program Office activities, such as: interviews, orientation, receptions, conferences, education lectures, Grand Rounds and the annual year-end event; manage training verifications, serve as the Department Parking Coordinator, and provide administrative and clerical support to the Education Program Office and support to the Student Activities Officers (SAOs). Arrange requested meetings/conferences/events and related travel and documentation for reimbursement. Maintain an overall smooth functioning and efficient office environment. Assist trainees with Radiology technology programs/applications: including requesting access, scheduling training and coordinating resolution for issues. Assist with special projects assigned and perform a variety of office duties.

• Ability to act as liaison to faculty, staff, trainees, visitors and others.

• Ability to read and follow precise written instructions to prepare manuscripts, abstracts and various forms.

• Ability to work effectively with coworkers by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner, listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others, keeping commitments, keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems.

• Demonstrated ability to design, modify, and generate spreadsheets, create formulas, modify formats and run various reports in Excel.

• Demonstrated skill in financial analysis, planning, preparation and administration of a budget.

• Excellent analytical skills with ability to review detailed work

• Excellent written communication skills to compose and edit letters, memos and other correspondence using proper grammar, punctuation, spelling and syntax

• Knowledge and ability to set up online meetings utilizing the WebEx program.

• Skill in prioritizing projects and assignment to complete work in a timely and accurate manner.

• Thorough knowledge of Windows and Mac platforms, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Time Management skills to maintain and organize complex ongoing projects.
