Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Gambir, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The HR General Affair role involves overseeing and managing employee relations, handling administrative HR tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Responsibilities also include managing general affairs, ensuring the office environment supports productivity, and aiding in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources practices, employee relations, and policy implementation
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, organizational management, and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees across all levels
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities with an attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficient in using HR-related software and technology tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR General Affair or similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations will be highly beneficial
