Job Purpose:

Responsible for the provision of an effective HR service and contributing to the wider management of the department

Key Accountabilities:

• Recruitment lead for the organisation
• Maintenance of an accurate HRIS
• Production of timely and accurate employee paperwork
• Induction and onboarding of new staff
• Production of monthly staff payroll
• Production of management information as required
• First line employee relations support
• General support to wider HR projects, tasks and cyclical activities

Essential skills/experience/qualifications:

• CIPD qualified or part-qualified or equivalent experience
• Broad generalist HR experience in a small organisation
• Evidence of developing agile approaches to recruitment
• Prior responsibility for HRIS maintenance (CiPHR preferred)
• High levels of integrity and respect for confidentiality
• Evidence of assisting with complex ER cases
