Nurslink has a fantastic opportunity for a trainee consultant to join our team. We have some wonderful clients with live vacancies right now and we need you to join us to help us deliver a fantastic service for our clients. A typical day will involve calling your clients to check requirements, typically we work with ad-hock shift requests and speak to your candidates to find out who can fill the bookings. You will have every opportunity to work with new clients and grow.
While we use IT systems, they are all simply the phone in this job really will be your best friend, as its builds relationships and creates new ones that will take you forward.
Responsibilities:
Build positive relationships with clients’ companies.
Make notes on potential candidates.
Report to the HR recruiter and HR officer.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literacy skills.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
We pay an industry-leading commission structure – of up to 40 %. This means you can easily earn up to 60 K this year if you are focused and work hard.
