You will be required to commit to learning the skills and knowledge required to operate within the different disciplines of our Software Development Department.

Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a bright and talented Software Developer Apprentice to develop software in many different areas across our business including Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, HR, Race Office and other Corporate IT systems. Don’t worry, we will support and mentor you to work alongside some of the brightest and best engineering minds in the world to help support the team.
• You will commit to learning the skills and develop the knowledge required to operate within different disciplines of our Software Development Department. We will support you in learning about full-stack web development, databases, workflows and a number of other platforms that we use to deliver high quality software to support the team.
• You will learn the practice of good software development and will gain extensive experience and training across a wide range of applications supporting different engineering disciplines.

• Please ensure you are able to travel to Milton Keynes for the role and Milton Keynes College.

• Dates for your diary – Assessment Centre will be held Monday 20th June 2022.

Entry requirements

Essential: 5 GCSE’s at A*-C/9-4 including Maths, English and Science
