Our Software Testing Analysts are responsible for ensuring the stability, availability and reliability of IMB’s production platforms and applications through the planning and execution of functionally-based user testing. Maintaining environments required for User Acceptance Testing is also a key priority to ensure they are available and functioning at the level required by the business. Our Software Testing Analysts also create automated testing through scripting and logic-driven development to allow for scheduled confirmation of system functions and the application of structured programmatic testing.

We have a new opportunity for an emerging Software Testing Analyst to join our Technology team and work on a full-time basis. We welcome your application if you can demonstrate some or all of the following:

• A strong level of digital literacy, with the ability to execute test plans, test cases, and other related test documentation – preferably from previous experience in a testing/change environment (including fault and issue reporting)
• Any experience in writing and automating test plans and scripts
• A strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to completing tasks and following procedures
• Experience working in a customer service environment with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• A collaborative team approach that will ensure our team delivers core business and project objectives
• Confidence to interact with IT developers and other IMB staff to ensure that planned testing meets their requirements
• The capacity to learn and apply IMB’s Project Management and Change Management methodology
• An understanding of change control processes and procedures.
