AMT Coffee are at an exciting point in the company’s history. The HR Business Partner who comes to join the team will play a key role in supporting the company to continue on its journey and evolution; it is a chance to make a real difference.

Experience in retail or hospitality could be helpful but isn’t essential. We are more interested in recruiting someone who is committed to making a difference and who understands the benefits that great HR can make to a company.

This is a field-based role, with some travel to London occasionally required as this is where our Support Centre is based. We envisage that this HRBP will cover Ireland, Edinburgh, the north of England and down to Bedfordshire, so the candidate would ideally live within this geography.

The Role will Involve:

• Advising AMT employees with employee relations and policy queries
• Assisting with and conducting investigations and Employee Relation cases end-to-end, including intake, background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings
• Travelling to sites to be the HR face of the business to our retail teams
• Review case data to identify trends and help to develop long-term solutions and action plans for systemic issues
• Running payroll
• Supporting the business in a wide range of projects
• Working closely with the business on day-to-day tasks, but also ad hoc project work
• Analysing a range of HR metrics, and using the data to recommend how improvements could be made
• Onboarding and off-boarding employees
