LDI Industries, Inc Hiring for Accounting / Purchasing Clerk Job at Manitowoc, WI Full Time

This position will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, processing invoices, analyzing discrepancies and maintaining records with accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities will also include assisting with accounts receivable functions, daily entry of processing payments accurately against customer’s accounts and reconciling discrepancies with customers. This position will also assist with the Purchasing Department, ordering and entering purchase orders for office/maintenance supplies, enter purchase order details with proper descriptions and account codes, moving dates on purchase orders.

Qualifications:

* Candidate must be currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or already have an Associate Degree in Accounting/Business

* Computer skills including Word and Excel

* Great decision-making & problem-solving skills

* Dependable and detail oriented

* Confidentiality and accuracy a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
