Working with the HR, Recruitment and Payroll team, you will be responsible for managing all HR matters including but not limited to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, mentoring, training & development.
This is a part time job, working a minimum of 20 hours with flexibility to work 25 – 30 hours, dependent on your commitments and the needs of the business. Hours are flexible over the working week. Salary starts at £14.40, which is approx. £30K a year pro rota, which is negotiable dependent on experience and flexibility.

Key Skills:
· Candidates must be flexible, hard-working and possess a positive attitude to work.
· Experience of working within a busy and varied HR capacity, ideally within a manufacturing environment
· Be educated to degree level and/or CIPD Level 4
· Must be well organised and an excellent communicator at all levels
