What You Will Be Doing

• Sales operations
• Goal setting
• Forecasting
• Coaching and mentoring
• Sales training development

What You Need for this Position

• Experience in the education marketplace
• A history of leading teams to goal attainment
• 5+ years of sales management
• Inside sales management
• Advanced skills in data analysis
• CRM experience
• Ability to travel 3 or 4 days per month
• Must be located in Eastern or Midwestern U.S.
