Who We’re Looking For

SeaFirst Insurance is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our friendly and client-focused team.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Strong communication skills, including writing, listening, and speaking.

• A positive attitude, supports teamwork and contributes to a positive team spirit.

• Previous experience in office administrative role an asset
• Previous contact centre experience an asset

The primary responsibility for the person in this position is to be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone. Other duties may include, and are not limited to:

• Delegating incoming communication to appropriate departments

• Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time, permanent. One position available.

Hours of work will fall into the office’s opening hours, however not earlier than 8:00am or later than 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday. This position will be based out of Brentwood Bay office.
