About the role: In this role you will be responsible for providing a broad range of accounting and administrative functions in the Finance, and Procurement and Contracts teams.
Following internal process and supplier terms, you will process, record and file all non-case related invoices including processing purchase orders, invoice matching, and reconciliation and maintenance of outstanding orders. You will also assist with month-end and year-end processes, the administration of assets and lease registers, and act as a contact point for the business through responding to both internal and external accounts payable queries.
About you: You are experienced in high volume accounts payable and receivable processes, and employ your strong organisational and time management skills to successfully navigate the challenges of a fast-paced working environment. You have a high attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure their needs are met.
In addition to this, you approach all your work with an openness to identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement, and are committed to reviewing work processes and recommending changes as appropriate.
