We are the internal recruitment partner working with an exceptional business in the tech space; we are presenting an exciting new career opportunity for a HR Manager to join the team.

Our partner is an evolving organisation in the tech and digital gaming sector, with circa 80 employees and are led by a highly experienced and passionate executive team.

Reporting into the Co CEO’s, the HR Manager will be in a stand alone position, responsible for the delivery of an effective people function, softly influencing the business’s approach in engaging, developing, and retaining their teams to aid their performance against exciting plans for the future of the business.

Supporting the leadership team, you will ensure a professional people function, and aim to continuously attract and retain the best talent whilst embedding the company culture; supported by comprehensive policies and processes.

We are looking for someone who will thrive in the prospect of supporting the Leadership team by providing a strong people function and completing tasks to support long term business growth.

If you are an experienced HR practitioner, with generalist experience in a similar sized organisation and are now looking to take that next step in your career or are looking for a new challenge then we want to hear from you!

Key areas of the role will include:

• Delivery of the businesses’ first-class people function. Ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategy and vision, you will focus on areas such as:

* Retaining the strong entrepreneurial cultural values whilst the company grows.

* Supporting and coaching managers to reach their potential as recognised leaders in the business.

* Succession planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and learning & development

• Creating a successful learning & development program to ensure team members are motivated and challenged and have the tools they need for personal and professional progression.
• Leading on people decisions; coaching managers on employee relations best practice; ensuring digitally held policies are not only legally compliant, but more importantly reflect the very best practice and latest people management thinking, in line with the company’s values
• Working with the talent acquisition team, building on the employee brand to ensure excellent talent attraction and attrition.
• Ensuring that the reward strategy meets the needs of the business and delivers on both recruitment and retention goals
• Driving efforts to further embed the company’s unique culture and values to promote diversity & inclusion across their international team.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• A proven track record in people/ HR related roles within a similar sized (circa 80 employees) organisation
• Experience in a similar HR Generalist role supporting the entrepreneurial Senior Leadership Team
• Previous experience within the private sector
• A track record of designing and building the systems and processes to underpin the sustainable scaling of people in high-performance organisations, whilst maintaining the current cultural values.
• Able to demonstrate a track record of successful delivery across recruitment, employee growth, culture, and engagement.
• A strategic outlook, combined with the ability to support managers and people on a day-to-day basis too.
• A genuine passion for people. The successful candidate will be self-aware, highly and personable and a true “people person”.
