Working within a dynamic cardiovascular stepdown unit with 48 beds serving a diverse cardiac population—including cardiology, EP, and cardio-thoracic surgical patients—you’ll be at the forefront of advanced nursing care. The varied environment is perfect for Registered Nurses looking to broaden their practice, gain exposure to new technologies, and learn from leaders in innovative patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day/Night Rotation – 36 hours per week

Professional Growth:

• Collaborate with teams dedicated to cardiovascular, vascular, and pulmonary patients
• Work with post-surgical patients utilizing state-of-the-art monitoring and intervention techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent RN Stepdown experience
• Valid NH RN License or Compact License with required proof of residency
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency managing complex post-surgical lines/tubes/drains, chest tubes, central lines, and trachs
• Medsurg skills with a strong telemetry background
• Experience handling drips (Diltiazem, heparin, amiodarone, etc.) and invasive monitoring (ART lines, hemodynamic monitoring)
• Comfort with BiPAP/CPAP, vasoactive and inotropic medications, and managing external pacers

• Monitor and manage advanced cardiac interventions and drips
• Collaborate closely with an expert team to drive positive patient outcomes
