MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
You will be part of a dynamic support services team that will provide liaison with all other departments in the school.

• You will take ownership of all student-related processes from pre-arrival to post-departure and bring first-class problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach to the role to provide prompt and efficient resolution to student issues.
• Confident communication is essential to ensure that students, external parties and the wider Stafford House team are kept up-to-fate with any issues and the progress made and relevant records are maintained.
• We require flexibility in approach to your work as the Student Services Officer is a varied role where competing priorities can change at any time. With responsibilities ranging from providing first line reception support, coordinating student homestay places, to supporting with student social and cultural activities and dealing with student welfare issues, you will need to be able to adapt quickly to ensure we are continually delivering the best services to our students.
• In additional, the post holder will need to be flexible and adapt to change easily as the school’s business is seasonal in nature and as such the duties performed could expand in line with staffing levels and within the level of responsibility appropriate for the Student Services Officer’s role.
