Wholesome Bakery Hiring for Bookkeeper Job at San Francisco, CA Full Time

We are looking for a responsible Bookkeeper to perform a handful of bookkeeping and administrative tasks. Duties include accounts recievable, accounts payable, payroll and related administrative needs such as but not limited to maintaining appropriate filing systems, generating reports, connecting with our accounting team.

This is a part time role, around 15 hours a week of work. We are flexible on the days worked. Majority of the role can be done remotely, though 4ish hours a week we would need this person to be inhouse for related paperwork needs.

Skills

• Proven experience with A/R, A/P, running payroll and generating reports
• Profienct in Quickbooks, Bill.com, Square
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Ideal candidate is someone with working knowledge looking for a couple days of work a week.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
