T&R Oil Company is hiring for a Billing and customer service position.

Daily responsibilities entail:

-On boarding new customers into database

-Servicing existing customer’s needs, Providing customers with reports/receipts/billing statements

-Billing Customers

-Analyzing Customer Data/Profitability (Hire should be savvy in Microsoft excel and be able to product piviot tables)

This job requires the employee to work full time in our office. remote days will be possible after on boarding and depending on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

COVID-19 considerations:
You will have your own desk which is cleaned weekly and your own bathroom which is cleaned weekly. The office is very well spread out with air circulation systems designed to prevent covid infection.

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
