The Opportunity
38.75 hours weekly
Eight weeks of employment funded by Canada Summer Job Grant
Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.00
The Data Entry Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the Senior Accountant with the areas of data entry, documentation compilation, records and document management, digitization, and other tasks as required.
You have demonstrated skills and experience in document management, basic accounting procedures and software program, MS Word and Excel as well as the ability to provide outstanding customer service. You are currently enrolled in or have graduated from a Finance and/or Accounting program. A valid driver’s license, strong analytical, organizational and computer skills are preferred.
This position is a hybrid of remote work and in-person. We are open to flexible working hours.

Requirements
Be between 18 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment;
Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment; and;
Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
