INTO University Partnerships Hiring for Assistant Management Accountant Job at Manchester, England Full Time

Context

We are seeking to recruit to a full time permanent Assistant Management Accountant to be located at our INTO Manchester study centre to oversee the majority of financial matters.

You will have the responsibility to prepare and maintain the financial budgeting process along with the production of management accounts, incorporating key performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

This role will support the Centre Director and UK Commercial Finance team with specific projects as required, reporting timely information and insights from the Centre.

As the senior finance colleague based at the Manchester centre, you be the direct report for the Finance Officer and will ensure the highest level of finance service is received by all stakeholders including students and colleagues.

Our successful candidate will be:

• AAT Qualified or in the process of studying ACCA/CIMA
• Able to demonstrate previous experience of a management accounting role and management accounts preparation.
• Able to show high levels of IT skills (Financial Systems, Excel and Word)

Separate to the above, we would love for you to have experience using Financial Force and/or Adaptive Planning and an understanding of UK higher education, however, these are desirables are not essential! As long as you have an interest in other nationalities and cultures and are keen to learn new systems, we can help!

Location

We offer flexible working, not just through these uncertain times but indefinitely. You will be based in INTO Manchester and we ask that you are able to commit to 1-2 days in the working week. (There will be some travel to other UK Centres and IUP locations as required).
