Job Summary (Description of main purpose of job)

To work in the IT Department on data analytics and software development tasks to support the whole organisation.

Project a professional company image through in-person, remote, email and phone interaction.

Our ideal candidate for this apprenticeship will have:

• Good ICT skills
• Good Communication skills
• Good Organisational Skills
• Knowledge of a programming language and the foundations of structuring programs.
• Knowledge of SQL database queries and structure
• Ability to analyse, transform and validate data as well as create reports to simplify the display of data.
• Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
• Exposure to database driven software development and programming
• Previous experience of an office environment
• Must be able to work flexibly across organisation
• Must have commitment to maintain high customer care standards
