After launching the world’s first on-demand mental health service right on the High Street in Shoreditch, London – we’re looking for creative individuals who are passionate about psychoeducation, people and communication. At Self Space we work with individuals and businesses to deliver 1-to-1 therapy sessions and workshops, facilitated face to face and over Zoom. We’re after brilliant Psychoeducation Facilitators who will work with our Psycho Education team to develop a hugely exciting and rapidly growing area of the business. We think you’d be a great fit if you have experience writing, developing and delivering workshops and talks to groups of lovely people.

Role outline:

As Workshop and Psychoeducation Facilitator, you will work with our current team to help shape the future education and development service based in or around London and Manchester.

• To deliver and support with the creation, writing, development of Self Space talks, workshops, training and groups

• To grow our education content outwards to meet needs in line with the Self Space ethos

• To ensure excellent delivery and contribute to the objectives and evaluation of educational aspects of the business

• To work with our Psycho Education team to develop and deliver staff training models to ensure equality across those delivering

• To meet demand in all areas involved in facilitation

• To ensure good flow and communication across the business
