Talent Acquisition Manager

As a key member of the Corporate HR team, the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing and optimizing the talent acquisition function to ensure aligned and effective methods to identify, attract, and recruit diverse qualified candidates. This position will partner with Human Resources Directors to develop and implement strategies to streamline the recruitment process and increase recruiting efficiency, as well as the actual execution of the sourcing and staffing processes to deliver a robust pipeline of quality candidates to the business. With the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Manager will also lead efforts in branding and social media as well as early talent/university relations and recruitment.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
