Talent Acquisition Manager

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a key member of the Corporate HR team, the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing and optimizing the talent acquisition function to ensure aligned and effective methods to identify, attract, and recruit diverse qualified candidates. This position will partner with Human Resources Directors to develop and implement strategies to streamline the recruitment process and increase recruiting efficiency, as well as the actual execution of the sourcing and staffing processes to deliver a robust pipeline of quality candidates to the business. With the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Manager will also lead efforts in branding and social media as well as early talent/university relations and recruitment.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing professional Recruiters supporting Corporate Recruiting. Develop and motivate an engaged talent acquisition team to ensure service deliverables, performance metrics, and overall talent needs are met.
• Contribute to creation of employment branding and TA social media strategy.
• Develop strategy for college recruiting and military recruiting programs; coordinate employment

events and outreach.

• Develop diversity recruitment strategies and build partnerships with associations and

organizations that support and enable a diverse pipeline of talent.

• Manage and oversee the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, initial

assessments (where applicable), interviewing, and job offers.

Qualifications – External

Are you a MATCH?

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years progressive experience in HR/Talent Acquisition leadership roles, with at least five (5) years experience in Talent Acquisition; having built effective teams.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and direct the work of others both locally and virtually. Leadership tact in dealing with difficult situations combined with courage raising issues and challenging the status quo.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing sourcing/recruitment plans for searches and advertising including the use of social media tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, TikTok, others) for attracting, marketing, engagement and networking.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability. Experience with process improvement tools and recruiting metrics/ KPIs.
• Knowledge of all components of full lifecycle recruiting.
• University/early talent recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience in improving processes, executing change, and overcoming challenges.
• Have advanced knowledge and experience of CRM and ATS tools to ensure recruiting compliance with all state and federal guidance including EEOC and OFCCP. Experience with Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting process
• Excellent project management skills, strong business acumen, and effective process orientation.
• May require some travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
