In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional candidate experience to all prospective candidates applying to work at Explore Learning. Assessing candidate suitability at every step of the application journey, you’ll equip our centres and online teams with a very high calibre of new staff, and subsequently help the business grow and flourish.
Key responsibilities:
Assessing and processing a high volume of Tutor applications, making a sound judgement based on their skills and experiences in a timely manner
Managing candidate enquiries in a warm, professional and efficient way
Scheduling, conducting, and assessing video interviews, and recording feedback
You will have:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
An ability to prioritise effectively, working at pace to manage multiple responsibilities
A strong teamwork ethic
An ambassadorial attitude to promote our roles and Explore Learning to prospective candidates
Initiative, with effective problem-solving skills
A strong passion for our company mission, goal, and embodying who we are
Logistics:
This is a c. 12 month Fixed Term role.
This is a remote role but will involve occasional travel to the central office in Guildford for team meetings. Working hours are full time 9:00-5:30pm but would be open to flexible working requests.
The salary will be £25-28k per annum dependent on experience.
